Hot damn, this was amazing!
I feel like I should have paid 10$ on this book, not read it for free with my Kindle Unlimited subscription, that’s how good it is.
Besides the very intriguing and exciting plot, there are also complex characters, super hot hero, crazy smart and witty heroine, banter and side characters that I can’t wait to read about in the next books in the series….
.“What are you drinking?”
I roll my eyes.
“Caffeinated,” she says, pulling out one of the company mugs, setting it beneath the spout, and punching the standard drip-coffee option.
“Boring,” I declare.
“Classic,” she counters.
She’s with the SEC, he’s (a) Wolf of Wall Street (don’t think about the Leo DiCaprio movie) and they meet when she starts investigating him for insider trading. They fall in love, while fighting to prove his innocence. Sounds simple enough, right? Well, I can honestly tell you that I didn’t put this book down not even during the family dinner. It picked my interest right from the beginning and once I finished, I wished for more.
