(I’ll review the trilogy, not just the 3rd book)
This is the story of billionaire – Creighton Karas and a much younger, fresh country singer – Holly Wix. They happen to meet in a bar, on Christmas Eve. He’s bored, she’s upset and looking for a one night stand and they find each other. No names exchanged (but she knows who he is), so she decides to sneak out of the hotel room they were in before he wakes up. And, let the fun begin. Since he doesn’t know who she is, he places an ad for his mystery girl to meet him on New Year’s Eve, because he wants to marry her. I can’t go on, because I don’t want to spoil the fun for you.
First book makes you want to read the second, because it ends with a cliffhanger and since the second isn’t that bad and ends in another cliffhanger, of course you want to read the third.
I liked Creighton. A lot. I think he saves the book.
Holly might get on your nerves.
Some things that happen here might be worth the rolling of your eyes.
Don’t expect too much from this one, because you’ll be disappointed.
All in all, it gave me a nice feeling, it made me curious and I liked reading it.
