Prelude in the American Gods series.

Young. Wealthy. Elite. Attractive. The gentlemen’s secret society at Yale was filled with them.

And Nathaniel Radcliffe, the bane of my existence, was one of them.

As the right hand of the American Gods, he was conceited and arrogant. A dangerously handsome man in a tailored custom suit and shiny black oxford loafers.

The classroom was our battlefield. We made a sport out of arguing and debating, ready to do anything in order to win over the other.

Deadly opponents, deadlier minds.

I'd sworn I'd never give him the upper hand, until...

The secret I’ve been hiding for the last three years?

He just discovered it… and now he has all the power.

I want MORE and i want it NOW!!!!

Damn it, I knew I was gonna love this one and crave the other books in the series. Too bad I have to wait so long for them. πŸ˜”

I think this one should have been called something like “The Clash of the Titans”, since we have two of the strongest young adult characters ever, one being a filthy GOD and the other one being a girl fighting for a chance to conquer everything she sent her mind on.
#1 and 2 in Yale, they stop fighting and sparks start flying until we all catch fire.

It’s too short of a story for how good it is. It’s thrilling, hot and for sure it will leave you wanting more too, in the end.
