Falling Completely by Aidan Willows
Series: Starling Falls #1

OH. MY GOD.
I can’t believe my luck, honestly. Last week, Aidan Willows emailed me requesting me to read her debut novel. I checked the blurb, thought it might be right up my alley, so she sent me an ARC for my honest review. I read other books from my TBR List first, don’t ask me why.

Man, how stupid of me waiting this long before reading this. Now I feel like i should have been the one begging Aidan for an ARC. Or better yet, going on AMAZON and actually buying the book. Which I just did, because this book is TOTALLY AWESOME.

I really can’t believe this is a debut novel. It’s so great, you’d think it was written by someone big, like, I don’t know, Alice Clayton or something.

Let me tell you a little bit about it.
Niki & Maliya. Two sisters who decide to move across the ocean to take over their grandaunt’s bakery.
Nate, Caleb ♥︎♥︎♥︎, Jake and Josh, Alex and Addie. They became a real family once their so called mother (aka the alcoholic junkie) signed off the custody of all her 6 kids to her brother, Jeremy and his wife, Debbie.

One day, Caleb decides to throw himself in front of a car to save a young boy who was about to be hit. Having a minor concussion he opened his eyes believing he was dead and seeing a beautiful angel, no other than Maliya.

Listen, Sir. I’m not an angel. I’m just a nurse.”
“Mmmm. I like you calling me Sir, Angel. It’s kinky.”

Then, slightly unconscious he grabs the back of her neck and kisses her. And that’s your BOOM! moment right there. Stars aligned, angels singing, rainbows, butterflies, unicorns, the whole deal.

You know I don’t like telling you too much of the story, because what fun would be for you reading it afterwards, right? But let me just say a few things, though:

– first and foremost, you’d be batshit crazy for not buying and reading this book.
– prepare for laughing really hard at everyone, especially Aunt Trudy who’s something else.
– Maliya’s internal babbling almost made me pee myself several times.
Family dinner doesn’t sound that bad.
Are you kidding? It sounds awful! Say no quickly! Make an excuse, before you do anything stupid, like agreeing to go.
“Sure, I’d like to go, thanks.”
Oh, for fuck’s sake. How did those words leave your mouth? Do you not listen to me at all?”

– have spare panties nearby, as sex between Caleb and Maliya is…..

– put Caleb on your Best Book Boyfriend list. Firefighter? 6feet+ pure muscle? Possessive? Alpha-Male? Dirty-Talker? A little kinky? Super caring? Funny? Smart? Need me to say more?

-it might break your heart at some point, towards the end, but don’t worry about it. You’ll have your HEA.

This is one of the best books i read this year. It goes straight to my Favorites shelf. It was a great surprise and I am so honored Aidan Willows chose me for writing a review to her “baby”. I hope I managed to do a decent job and ladies, please, I’m begging you on my knees: READ THIS BOOK!

This will be part of a series, next book Falling Sweetly will be released in few months.
Oh, and NO CLIFFHANGER!
