The Siren (The Original Sinners #1) by Tiffany Reisz

The Siren by Tiffany Reisz
Series: The Original Sinners #1

I couldn’t decide between 1, 2 or 3*

1 star because:
I didn’t like the story itself. I can’t understand s&m and the idea to enjoy pain. BD yes, SM definitely no.
Since i read so much erotica, i didn’t like being “behind the scenes”.
I didn’t like any character, nor did i understand them and some of the choices they made.

2 stars because:
I didn’t have a problem with the priest thing and the underage boy(s). I couldn’t read Priest by Sierra Simone, but this is something else. Being a minor and having sex with an adult doesn’t seem to be a problem, at least not for me. It’s a choice. Nowadays, there aren’t many teenagers who wait to turn 18 to lose their virginity.
Reading some reviews before i came across the rape problem. Since they’re into so much s&m, their point of view on rape seems understandable, no?

3 stars because:
The actual writing style. Fancy words, totally different and very much original from anything else I’ve read so far. I can’t deny that.

Overall, not my cup of tea and i’m not curious about the other books from this series.
